The third ten-day period of November began with cold and wintry weather.
At the end of November, rains came from the west and became warmer.
Average regional air temperature per ten-day period turned out to be close to normal in the western regions (with the exception of the Transcarpathian one), in the rest of the territory it was 1.1 – 2.5 °C lower than the norm, in the Transcarpathian region it was 4.7 °C higher than normal and ranged from minus 2.1 °C in the north to plus 2.1 °C in the west of the country, in Transcarpathia – to plus 7.0 °C.
On warm days, the maximum air temperature rose up to 5-10 °С, in the southern, western (except Khmelnitsky), Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovograd and Vinnytsya regions – up to 11-15 °C, in Transcarpathia – up to 17 °C.
Precipitation of varying amounts and intensities was observed for 1-5 days almost throughout the country.
Their average regional number in the northern, Rivne, Vinnytsya and Odesa regions ranged from 22 to 50% of the ten-day norm (4-8 mm).
The least precipitation was observed in the Odessa and Zhytomyr regions.
At the end of November, winter crops stopped active vegetation in the phases of tillering, 3 leaves and seedlings. The condition of the plants is mostly good and satisfactory. In most areas of the Cherkasy, some areas of Odessa regions, the state of plants is unsatisfactory due to the arid conditions of the autumnal period, and in some places sprouts did not appear at all.
